  choice of cycling route, full name + date of birth + full address + email address of all participants & at least one landline telephone or mobile phone number, copy of your cycling club membership card if you are affiliated with such a club

• Certificate (please contact us for postage fee for medal/pennant and printed certificate sent to non EEC and UK Countries).

• including all the information * essential for the smooth running of your cycling route - digital form.
